This is one of the business who will not be able to survive for much longer. Tim Hortons across the street, Subway coming soon as well in the neighbourhood with it's 3rd store.
It's not long ago, we all went to places like this and had breakfast. Nowadays everybody is going to the big national chain stores and the small business are having a hard time to make a living.
