Wild Apple Restaurant & Lounge at Manteo Resort

OK-GOOD FOOD + A-OK SEATING with GREAT VIEWs of OK LAKE (+to the WESTSIDE) , BUT...on THE (satur)DAY WE VISITED , the PLACE WAS JAMMED (ie V.V.CROWDED ) bec a SHRIMP FESTIVAL was the SAME DAY (ie OUR MISTAKE ,so, we'll RETURN on another 'LESS BUSY' DAY (PROB mid-week))...LSK

Chef Bernard Casavant is offering you some of the finest food in Kelowna. We had some dissapointment in the service but not directly from our s slammed but the lack of team work to help her out. With Chef Bernard now in chargeof the Wild Apple a few "houskeeping " issues and this should soon be the finest in Kelowna or one of the finest as the Bouchon continues to impress. Chef Bernard is putting out some rom a very un complicated menu which is simple , offers everyone something and is absolutely delicious.This was one of if not the best meal I have had in a very long time.
By the way Chef Bernard talked to me personally and was apologetic that any service issue interferred with a great night out.. Look out Kelowna .there is a new star rising in your city. No the Chef isnt new but combined with a beautiful location and space this is making for a perfect relationship . We will be back

Excellent service paired with exceptional food. A little pricey but well worth the money. Great views and flavourful food. 100 times better than that awful restaurant across the street (cabana)
